Check-In:
- The guest must adhere to the specified check-in times.
- The property features a keyless entry system with a unique, temporary personal code valid for the entire duration of the stay.
Check-Out:
- The guest must adhere to the specified check-out times.
- Upon departure, the personal access code will be deactivated, and entry to the property will no longer be possible.
- Early check-out is non-refundable.
General Terms:
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Check-out time: By 10:00 AM.
- The guest acknowledges joint liability for all services until full payment of invoices.
- Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms caused by themselves, their companions, or any person under their responsibility.
- The management is not liable for guests’ personal or valuable items (e.g., cash, jewelry, or other valuables left in the rooms).
- Regardless of billing instructions, the guest acknowledges personal responsibility for payment of all expenses incurred during the stay.
