- Managing your booking and/or stay;
- Compliance with legal obligations, including communication to public security authorities (Art. 109 of T.U.L.P.S.);
- Verification of guest identity;
- Communications related to the booking or stay.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Processing is lawful because it is:
- Necessary for pre-contractual and contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- Required to fulfill a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
- Based on your explicit consent for processing special categories of data (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), limited to data contained in ID documents.
4. Processing Methods
Processing will be carried out using manual and computerized tools, strictly related to the stated purposes, in compliance with GDPR security measures.
5. Data Retention
Data will be stored:
- For the duration necessary to provide the service;
- Subsequently, for the period required by fiscal or legal obligations;
- Copies of ID documents will be deleted within 24 hours of submission to public security authorities, unless further legal obligations apply.
6. Disclosure of Data
Data may only be shared with authorized third parties (IT service providers, competent authorities) for the purposes stated above. Data will not be disseminated.

You have the right to:
- Access your data;
- Request rectification or erasure;
- Restrict processing;
- Object to processing;
- Withdraw consent (where applicable);
- Lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).
