The excellent location of the accommodation and the efficient public transport service make it easy to reach Venice, Lido di Venezia, Mestre, Marghera, the Airport, the Train Station, and the Hospital.
You will have at your disposal all the comforts of independent access, independent utilities, private bathroom, autonomous heating, and air conditioning.

ELECTRICITY SUPPLY
The guest must pay an energy contribution in advance, which will be credited in the form of kWh in the accommodation’s consumption monitoring system.
If all the credited kWh are used, it is possible to top up your quota directly with the host in cash on-site or by purchasing online via PayPal through a dedicated website, with a 5% surcharge to cover PayPal fees.
The contribution for electricity consumption is €1 per kWh (current cost as of 12/08/2025, subject to change).
At the end of the rental period, any remaining kWh will be refunded in the form of an equivalent amount in Euros, rounded up if greater than €0.50 or rounded down if less than €0.50.
HEATING
The accommodation’s heating system uses a pellet stove, and a first bag of pellets is provided for the initial 15–18 hours of heating.
Cleaning and maintenance of the stove must be carried out by the guest each time it is used.GAS SUPPLY
The LPG gas used in CASA MARIA powers only the kitchen and the water heater.
The cylinders supplying the kitchen and the water heater will be provided FULL.
Each cylinder costs about €30 for an LPG weight of 10 kg + 11 kg tare weight. At the end of the stay, the cylinders will be weighed to calculate the amount of LPG used and the corresponding cost in Euros, which will be deducted from the security deposit.
WATER
The cost of water consumption is calculated in cubic meters (mc) by subtracting the average monthly water usage of the home without guests from the total consumption during the period with guests. (current value: €2.80 per cubic meter as of 12/08/2025)
Services
The package does not include any cleaning services for the accommodation, laundry, waste removal, or disposal, all of which must be carried out by the guest.
Inside the accommodation, there will be instructions and initial cleaning supplies, which must be replenished by the guest once the stay ends.SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of €300 is required at check-in. This amount is used to cover the costs of any damage to the property and the consumption of utilities (water, gas, electricity) during the stay.
The deposit will be refunded at check-out, minus the costs of utilities and any expenses for damages or for the replacement of provided consumables that were not replenished (for example, courtesy kits or initial cleaning supplies).
Any damages caused to the property that exceed the amount of the security deposit are entirely the responsibility of the guest.
