Peaceful family stay close to Venice

☺Excellent home located in Favaro Veneto on the mainland around 10km from Venice Central station.

We as a family with 2 seniors stayed here for 2 nights. The area was quiet with friendly local people and excellent connection by tram and bus stop just 5 mins by walk to both Venice and Mestre. There is everything from grocery to cafe to pharmacy to bakery and restaurants on the single main road.

The entrance is on ground floor, bathroom on mezzanine and 2 bedrooms and a huge living and kitchen dining area on first floor. There is a huge balcony and washing machine and TV. AC in living room and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. The double bed and single beds were comfortable but the single bed was quite narrow in width. Good water pressure with excellent hot water and shower cubicle. A floor fan was also provided which was nice. There is also a big parking for cars and even vans inside the gate.

Daniele and Carlotta are excellent hosts and we would love to be back next time.

☹There was no wifi and it will be great if you can provide it. It is more important than TV especially when in a foreign country.

Favaro Veneto is a really small town where all the markets close by 20.00 and restaurants by 22.00 and you have to go to Mestre which is a bigger town but around 5km away if you arrive late or forget something.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

☺Bon emplacement pour visiter Venise, le logement est à 3mn à pied du bus (ligne19) et du tram qui mènent Piazzale Roma. Dans le quartier, toutes les commodités sont dans un rayon de 500m, banque, supermarché, fruitier, pharmacie, bars, etc.
Logement spacieux et propre, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles.

☹Il manque un peu d'équipements de cuisine et de lumière sur le plan de travail. Mais rien de grave, l'essentiel y est.

Hotes ravissants logement calme, confortable et bien situé. je recommande

☺Hôtes très sympathiques, vivant à côté,  des petites attentions pour notre arrivée. Appartement bien aménagé, très bien situé à 2 pas des transports en commun, très calme, spacieux, propre. Rien à redire.

☹Il faisait un peu chaud dans l'appartement, la clim avait du mal à rafraichir l'appartement complet (on a séjourné au mois d'aout au plus fort de la canicule,...)

☺Příjemní a milí majitelé, poradili kdykoliv. Milé přivítání s ovocem a minerálními vodami v lednici. Sítě proti hmyzu v oknech, repelent nabídnut. Pohodlné a čisté bydlení, klid. Parkování přímo u vchodu. Děkujeme za pobyt !

☹Parkování u domu není zdarma. Wifi se slabým signálem. Menší vybavení v kuchyni. Dům je dále od centra Benátek.
